Solution for the inability to play some videos in samsung s23 ultra

I had approached samsung customer care and advised for the solution for the inability to play some videos after the march update,but seems like customer support are useless and weak in imparting a solution for the problem,samsung shouldn't hire such people, customer support were probably from tamil nadu or Andhra with weak knowledge and constantly asking someone else on how to tackle the issue, pathetic samsung customer care.

Thanks,I have many similar videos but this video is unable to play in the phone,but before the update it was fine,yes its working on third party apps,also i can play this video on other cheap phones but not on this phone
