When Samsung will be rolling out the software update for S20 FE 5G phone to use 5G services which is already started in india.
I thought the 5G phones comes with inbuilt software can use directly 5G services when available, I'm really surprised 5G phones need additional software update to use 5G services.
Will have to wait for some more time. The 5G networks went live last Saturday, most smartphone OEMs have to push out a software update to enable the 5G services. Since the frequency bands were not available earlier. Therefore OEMs have to enable and optimize the RF with a software update. OEMs and Operators are also testing the devices and will push out the update in the coming weeks.
Yes most of the samsung 5g phones won't support Airtel 5g network . Around 19 phones are not support by Airtel 5G network as per Airtel website due to unsupported software updates by samsung, some people are telling it will take few months for updates for 5g
