Software updates for s23 ultra

Guys can anyone help. I have not yet received the one ui 7 for my s23 ultra in Africa Zimbabwe

I bought it in Harare Zimbabwe, but it have a Kazakhstan csc

Have you tried updating it through smart switch on your pc?

No I didn't try to do so because I sold my computer and the other thing is I bought it Sunday 13-07-2025

The only way you can update your device is through Smart Switch as it has a different CSC.

But it was unlocked dear and also at service provider software it have XAA/XAA, XAA/VZW

Smart Switch on PC, you won't get OTA updates.
