Check & see if you have any security patch uninstallled. If any patch is not installed like August then it will show you that patch only and once you are done installing that patch it will show you OneUI8 update. It happened to me as a result i got update last evening. Previously it wasn't like that. I mean even if 1 update was pending, it'd show u the latest update. Seems like Samsung has changed the way updates work.
