Software update

Dear samsung team,
First of all I want to say thank you for your replies but I am not because there was no clarity in your answers for which your given about software update release dates as most commonly it mentioned that the release date can't be specified.
Remember one thing that after selling the mobile, the only thing you can do for your costumers is providing latest software update. If your not able to commit a specific date for the same was sensing your negligence.
Based on your answers and replies about Oreo update, it is indicating that you don't have a target date to release next software update then there is no use of purchasing your mobiles with 50 thousand.
So stop the common replies and first fix target date to release the next software update and share the same with your costumers then start working accordingly.
Why because when we have a specific target so that we can have a plan to achieve the same.
