What should I do, I've never received a software update for my S22 ultra?

Thats the same issue with my phone, its because your carriers region is diff from where you are.
So you update manually. Now lm using the latest update 6.1.1

You can also change the CSC code on your phone to match the carrier region

The best way is to use SamFw Tool software for Windows. There are a lot of videos on YouTube and articles online that explain the whole procedure.
