Galaxy SHello Samsung users, first, I am not here to mention any errors or report any problems. I am a user of the Galaxy S23 series, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 optimized for Galaxy devices and provided with four years of software support. Next year, the S24 series will come with seven years of OS updates—that's fine for the successor model. But now, the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G has six years of software support, a budget model. Why should we pay more for higher-end models?
You should extend seven years of software update support to the S23 and S22 series.
I sent this to the feedback option as well.

We should experience what we have paid for. But Samsung provides these for budget models, not the older flagship series.

I don't think that samsung will increase os updates in previous gens phones , They are focused on newer models and the reason they are giving 6 yrs of wapping os updates to increase their sales in mid range .
Even when we see the top seller smartphone of Samsung they weren't their flashships
Rather the a series .
Hope samsung doesn't do it in new gens 🙃

Focusing on the new generation is okay, but a ₹1.25 lakh phone is not receiving that feature, while a ₹20,000-₹30,000 phone is.
