Back Up Everything: Use Samsung Smart Switch on a PC or cloud services to save your data (photos, contacts, etc.).
Install Smart Switch: Download and install Samsung Smart Switch on your computer.
Connect & Recover: Connect your phone via USB, launch Smart Switch, click the three dots > "Emergency software recovery", and follow instructions to flash the stable firmware.
I faced a similar kind of issue, never got an update, what i did was to backup my data and visit the nearest service center to get the latest stable version!
