Since the last software update my phone is giving me issues. It keeps taking screenshots unsolicited and I can no longer upload documents/images to my MS Office cloud, it just hangs. These bugs need to be sorted out, it's frustrating. How do I revert back to the previous version?

No you have to switch off your phone and it must be plugged on charger. When it shows that is charging please power button and volume up when Samsung log show leave power button

Switch off your phone. Plug the phone to a computer via the USB cable. Wait for charging logo to appear. Press & hold on power button & volume up button to enter the recovery mode then clear cache. Look for the option to clear cache. Use the volume buttons to navigate up & down the menu & use power button to select. Hope you got it.
