nd there is no information showing about last update. The security patch is still stuck on 1 May 2021. The phone I purchased from dubai and currently I am using it in India. What should I do now.. I have attached some screenshot for your better understanding.

Yes actually I have bought 2 phones from dubai City, the one is functioning smooth and get proper updates.. I think the previous owner of this phone may be a techy freak who did something to this..

Try factory resetting if the solution by brave tiger doesn't work.

Factory reset done last night.. right now it is running on android 11 and security patch 1 may 2021. I think smart switch may work. Anyways thank you all.

Oh this is not simple I think. Please visit the store from which you bought it. There are some devices meant for other countries which will never receive an update in other countries.

Dear, First of all, pl inform whether U received updation link??. If not received, Pl wait for that. After receiving the notification, Ofcourse, U can done the job easily. Otherwise, check whether it is available or not by using DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL button. U will get the Status. Pl inform any other technical difficulties are now faced by Ur device??. THX.

No I didn't find anything wrong and no problem faced during using this device.. but I stuck on May 2021 update. My brother also has the same device but he is getting all the updates and the device model also the same..
