Smartwatch Active 2 offer on S21 Ultra

I am not able to redeem the offer mentioned in the subject .When i VISIT samsung shop it shows only micrsoft offer in the " for you" section. I had purchased the device on 31st March 21 activated in the same date . Please help what should i do

Now the redemption is only available for the user's who purchased on or before 17th march. I purchased the device on 24th march and I'm also unable to redeem it. Wait for 1 or 2 more weeks you can be able to redeem it.

The offer is available for people who purchased on or before march 25th. So for you offer will be available to redeem by april 15th. As even i bought mine on 27th

As per the word i had with the samsung Shop executive the date was 15th april onwards .
Even i purchased and activated on the 27th itself.
