Smartthings app unresponsive

I've got a brand new S25Ultra, upgraded to the android 16 Beta software and my Samsung oled 2025 model TV is not controllable through the smartthings app remote. The entire screen is unresponsive, with only the search bar and home button working. Can't interact with anything else and it's mad frustrating.

Hello. What's the full model of your TV? Maybe someone on here can provide some feedback if there are a little more details.

Same issue .. smart things app on Android for my 77" 2025 smart TV is completely disfunctional except for search all the rest is unresponsive. 

All the other apps work fine so this is not an issue with my Pixel phone

Kindly note that the Gulf region is not enrolled in the One UI 8 Beta program.
Also, please share more details, such as the TV model, so we can assist you better.
