We have >200 phones that we need to update the firmware on and I'm attempting to use Smart Switch to do this. It works on a couple of our computers, but the rest all get stuck at "Configuring software update environment". I've used freshly imaged computers on a different unfiltered network, I have admin rights, but they just get stuck at that message.
