Smart Club Registration

I have been trying since mrng to register at Smart club, without any success. Everytime i enter my details n press save it pops a message saying "unable to process, please try again later"

I have already sent 4 e-mails to them. The only standard answer they give is "your issue has been forwarded to concerned team and kindly wait for some time" thasall..
