Slow device

My phone is very laggy. within just 1 week I find a lot of problems in it. is it common among all s8+ users to have lag while using various apps? and my always on display isn't really fine. like at times the screen is very dull. and it took 15 mins to transfer files through otg! is it okay to have these?
p.s. my phone isnt really loaded with files. more than 80gb is free in both sd and phone memory.

i have an s8 and have been using this as my primary device from its launch & It still feels fresh..
get your phone checked from samsung service centre
