Samsung used to be Pioneer in bringing useful features to its customers however from few years there are no useful features that it brought to its huge customer base:
1. Face Unlock
2. Potrait Mode even though older flagships like S7 has the hardware to support it
3. Double tap to wake up and unlock in order to save hardware buttons
4. App lock
5. Stop making duplicate apps. Dont compete with google in software dept. this could save money and effort. put all this is providing better customer support
6. Google feed to the left
7. Few more useful gestures
8. Better optimized the OS and better animation to avoid lag and slowing down of aging software
Dont know why it does not listen to its customers. Also these features should not be just kept to latest devices and flagships. these should be provided to all as its must features.
