After update andrid 11 my mobile s10 5g simcard carrier service is not working when i put sim card come arial massege that sorry this device is not active on another's device says . It come arial massage Conatct verzon customer care . But why before was okay . Anyone help me pls

Maybe it is an locked device to Verizon and was unlocked by some way then when you get the update the lock came back

according to internet resource upcoming february 2022 s10 5g will get andraid 12 it means that time this verzon sim blocker will remove from device this is sure😄
