Just sideloaded One UI 7 on my S24 Ultra, and it is working fine without bugs or data loss.

Could no longer play samsungs games.

Bro i have also updaed through sideload everything is fine but when im pressing power button for screen off im getting slight delay in that lmk if ur getting this same issue or bug

No
payment apps are working fine, and there is no data loss.

If the downloaded file is corrupt or you run incorrect command or the install in interrupted, your phone may get bricked.

If this is your primary device, I would suggest you wait for OTA update.
