Shortcut for options in settings page.

Is the any option of setting the options available in the settings page as shortcut in the notification panel? 

If not why can't you (samsung) provide it? 

For example, if you take below screenshot as reference. In the picture I want to add the screen timeout as a shortcut in the notification panel. So that it will be very handful for me to update the screen timeout from notification panel.

There's a work-around

You can add a shortcut to the home screen by forming a module in Routines +

I know it's bot what you wanted, but still better than long process
