As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to activate voice mail on your device.
● You can set voicemail through Phone app settings, or by pressing and holding number ‘1’ on the Keypad of the Phone app.
Path: Phone app > More options (⁝) > Settings > Voicemail > set voicemail number in ‘Voicemail number’, and follow the tutorial to create a password, record a greeting, and record your name.
Note: The options vary by carrier, but you can usually access your voicemail through the Phone app. Please contact your carrier for additional questions and information.
Important things to note here 1 Voicemail on Jio is not available(from Jio itself) 2 Call Airtel help line, they'll help u out. 3 its not an issue that can be solved by Samsung bcoz its not their's to begin with.
