Got it. Try uninstalling the Smart Tutor app and get back to me.

I have not used a smart tutor app before. I installed and uninstalled it again, but nothing changed.

Did you uninstall the tips app?

If you uninstall the Tips app, the user guide and remote management options appear on the settings page. Please reinstall the Tips app and contact me again.

I have resolved the issue by reinstalling the tips.
