Setting opening issue

My phone is deadly hang nd I visited the store they said to replace board.. hanging nd restarting issue happening because of CPU issue..

This is last option , once you try with factory reset with backup

Open setting app info in search
Open storage
Clear data
If this doesn't work ill sell my phone
Factory reset is a headache
