Set GIF as contact picture?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set GIF contact image?

How to do it? Because every time I do it, it just goes blank and when i click save, it saves the previous picture or without a picture

I don't know exactly. I just chosed the gif picture for my favourite contacts and it's working.. Maybe you need to make an update.. Just go to Samsung store app and see if u can update the contacts app
