Dear Samsung Support Team,

 

I recently purchased a Galaxy S24 Ultra in Pakistan and have since relocated to Sierra Leone for work. I am experiencing some difficulties with my device. The Members app is not functioning correctly, despite changing my location settings. I am also receiving a Server Response Error 400, which I have been unable to resolve. Additionally, I am experiencing some touch screen issues in the center of the display, and the diagnostic tool is unavailable.

 

Could you please assist me with these problems?

Try and change the location of your Samsung account on your laptop and see if that works.

*N.B. You can only change this setting every 180 days*

The problem is I just changed the location as a part of remedy 2 days ago, but it didn't work either, Samsung help center call person says I can't use this feature of Member app
