Dear Samsung Team, I purchased the Samsung S24 on 26th January for ₹56,000. Unfortunately, the device has a serious overheating issue, to the point that I once developed temporary heating patches on my palm from using it. I visited the nearby authorized Samsung service center to report the issue, but they only performed a factory reset and claimed to have updated the software- however, no software update was actually done. The issue still persists, and no effective solution has been provided. Ithen contacted Samsung Customer Care, and I was advised to h hand over the phone to the service center for observation under a job card. As a loyal Samsung customer,I am extremely disappointed by this experience. A premium smartphone at this price should not cause physical discomfort or raise safety concerns. I kindly request the Samsung team to take this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution. I am expecting responsible support and a satisfactory outcome.

But still. Even my friend is using s24 256gb but he never complained me about overheating issues. Is your phone heating is random i mean does it overheat in idle condition? Or have you recently done any update? Because after updates samsung phones heats a little bit for sometimes like 30mins and then again dissipate the heat fast.

Bro, try this option. In battery settings cap your cpu to 80%. See of this fixes your issue. If you are seeing overheating issue while not on charging, likely your cpu is spinning endlessly. How long does your battery last, 100-0%?
