I am also having S20 FE 5G. Even I haven't seen any update from a few months. So, you can download/update SmartSwitch app on to your PC/Desktop and connect your device with it and check from there if there is any update for the device which has been pushed by Samsung.
Another way, you can try is by going to SAMMOBILE official website, and check the latest update mentioned there matches to your device software version.
