Secured Instagram doesn't show my gallery why?

In my secure folder I added Instagram and when I opened it and try to send a photo through Instagram they say my gallery is empty why?

There is a different gallery for secure folder

It's like a phone inside phone ,the gallery outside is not connected to apps inside the secure folder
