Secure folder Apps

When transferring pics /files to Secure Folder it always crashes.Even after clear cache nothing improved.Ant suggestions???

Mind telling me how old your device is?
Have you ever rooted your device?
Are apps related to Secure folder up to date ?

Restart and try again.

Or uninstall updates of secure folder and re update then restart and see

Just 6 months,Not rooted, All apps updates

Ok then issue is not big just try the troubleshooting mentioned above and guy mentioned below.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Secure folder that too thru WiFi.
Sometimes a download thru cellular data is not properly done so the app acts erratically.
