Try moving the files within the Gallery app:
1. Open the Gallery app.
2. Select the photos/videos you want to move.
3. Tap "More" (usually three dots) or "Move to Secure Folder."
4. Authenticate and confirm.
If that fails, try using the "My Files" app:
1. Open the "My Files" app.
2. Navigate to "Internal Storage" > "DCIM" > "Camera" (or wherever your files are).
3. Select the files.
4. Tap "Move" or "More" > "Move."
5. Select "Secure Folder" as the destination.
If the "Move to Secure Folder" option is missing in the Gallery, check that both the Gallery app and Secure Folder app are fully updated.

In One UI 7, if Secure Folder was enabled, I was not required to unlock it before moving files into it, but in One UI 8, it first requires unlocking Secure Folder, and only then am I able to move files.
