Secrets codes not working 🙁

Anyone here with s23 ultra?

I am facing a weired issue, the secret codes doesn't work in my phone like *# 06# or *# 0*#. 

These codes were working when I checked them previously.

I cannot open Sysdump in my galaxy A34, when i dial *#9900#

I am getting an error : connection problem or invalid mmi code

Anybody have encountered this error ? or you know any other method of how to access sysdump and move dump files to sd card?
