Searching handwritten notes in Samsung notes

I have a handwritten note from my tab s9 fe which is syncing to my galaxy s20. I am unable to search this handwritten note from my galaxy s20. 

Is handwritten notes not searchable?

from tab, I am able to search. but not from phone where s pen is not supported.
