Please elaborate about the T&C (model wise and timeline), as many, many Samsung loyal fans users are experiencing GREEN LINE issue after the ONE UI 7.0 update, which is a Hardware or Software Issue. We were promise of 4yrs Software Update support and 5yrs Security Support but presently Samsung allow free replacement only upto 3yrs from the purchase date (even me, I missed out just a month). Now, Samsung is charging 23k for the screen replacement, which is totally unfair in spite of 4yrs Software update support. Others Company are giving FREE REPLACEMENT without timeline.
We pay our hard earned money to get those promised support, premium features but... kindly look into Samsung Loyal fans going through pain, stress, frustration...

Like I said, call customer service, give them all the info, and they'll sort out the free screen replacement.
