Screen recorder not recording audio

Hello there people. My screen recording app from the official galaxy suddenly is not recording the audio. I however tried to restart the phone but it still does not records the audio when i try to record some youtube videos.

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.

I am using S20 Fe 5g , android 11 with one ui 3.

Check the screen recording settings
Select record audio

Yes i have enabled the media to be on under the screen recorder setting sti i get the issue

Then check permission to record the audio

Just search permission manager
Select microphone
Then Select samsung capture

i just checked and it has mic access and also samsung capture has all the permissions turned on

Then in this app samsung members
Do diagnostics of microphone
If that doesn't work
Then u can try to hold lower volume key and power button until u see samsung screen

How do I do diagnostic of mic for this app? Could you please mention where to find it
