I'm trying to mirror screen between my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Sony OLED A8G. Phone gets connected (TV displays a message that phone is successfully connected) but TV has blank display.

Same issue with Samsung A7 phone.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the TV and device and check the issue.
2. Try to connect the TV with another device and mobile device with another TV.
3. Check the Wi-Fi connectivity strength as it should be strong.

4. Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

5. If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
