Screen lock . Device getting locked issue.

Hello Samsung,

Last night many users in India region had faced a similar issue of device getting locked. Everyone had to factory reset their device losing their data. Post that there were problems with Google services.

Now we cannot update the security settings as the device is throwing below error.

"Screen lock was already changed. Try again with new Screen lock."

THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

yes good response from Samsung. they identified fix in less than 12 hours.
