Screen issue

Since last few days, I have some bright areas on my S23 on the left side of my display. It seems that this areas expand from day to day a little bit more.

What is that and can I remove this areas?

Contacting nearby service centre will be the best approach.

I visited service center today and they told me that the cause of the issue can only be determined by opening the display and once they open it, they cannot put it back.
As it comes in folder and they cannot simply put it back.
So the display has to be changed anyhow and If they found moisture under the display I'll have to bear the cost and if not then company will replace it as per policy.
Thinking of moving to consumer forum.

I told you they won't. Consumer will also not work it caused by moister. Company will deny servicing

But they told a lie. Display can be opened. It has multiple layers. The only effected layer can be changed but they haven't authority to do that. It can be done in local shop but I will not recommend as it's costly device

Yes they can have it resolved efficiently but they won't do it. Not without money.

1st visit to service centre. They will deny for free replacement. Then you lodge a complaint online to Consumer Forum as attachment of the Job sheet from service centre and photos of phone if all side is in good condition.

I've visited but they didn't provide me with any job sheet, they just told me about the options.
I've raised a complaint in forum now with invoice and issue picture.
I hope it gets resolved soon.

U can download job sheet from Samsung support portal by filling Ref number that you received in your mobile no.
