Screen input unwanted after update

After the one UI 6 update on my s21 fe, there is a lot of unwantes touch response on my phone, cause it to open unwanted apps and icons within apps

This is an display killer update..Go to samsung service centre asap.Manu devices are facing Green Lines, Display Malfunctioning, Auto Touch frequently after this update and latest updates to devices launched a years or two three years back
