Screen flickering in S22 ultra when opening message app

What is this with issue with my S22 ultra? My screen flickers when I open my message app. I have shared the screen recording of the same. Kindly look into it and provide me a solution for thr same.

Not the entire screen ....only bottom third party banner is flickering.
Its a app issue nothing wrong with phone
