Look what Samsung did to my phone, I did the security update of May 2024 and my phone faced the problem of screen bleeding. Now neither the customer care nor the service centre is helping me. They are charging 22k for screen replacement. I told him to check it, neither his phone has fallen nor has it been damaged by water, this has happened because of a software update still he is not helping me. shame on you samsung.

I have an update guys, I mailed the CEO regarding my phone and also complained to NCH (National Consumer Helpline). I don't know for what reason but I again got a call from Samsung and was asked to deposit the phone in the service centre, although they said that they will keep the phone only for a day and will update it and see if they can help. But after almost 10 days he replied that he will change the display of my phone and I will just have to pay a minor amount. I got ready and after almost 15 days today on 29th June 2024 I got my phone with a changed display. And I was charged almost Rs 1000. There was some trouble but in the end everything was fine. But the problem is that first of all the service centre and customer care both said that there would be a charge of 22k for the display, if I get it done at that time then my 22k will go waste. I want to know from Samsung that if you are repairing customers' phones for free then why do you ask for charges first. In such a situation everyone will keep accusing you and your reputation will also be ruined.

email form mei Service Request no kahan se bhara tha.. where did you get service request no. is it by visiting service centre

Yes same happening to me after that update my S22 having the same issue .

Could you please suggest how to fix that.
