Look what Samsung did to my phone, I did the security update of May 2024 and my phone faced the problem of screen bleeding. Now neither the customer care nor the service centre is helping me. They are charging 22k for screen replacement. I told him to check it, neither his phone has fallen nor has it been damaged by water, this has happened because of a software update still he is not helping me. shame on you samsung.

Hi, can you help me ? I'm facing the exact same problem with no answers. Samsung just doesn't want to help me. All I hear are excuses and no accountability.

Install NCH App from play store and complain about your problem. Don't give money for display exchange.

Samsung called me again today and suggested to change the screen by paying around 22k. and they give me 3 month warranty. Seriously... This is what we expect from a reputed company.

Take photo of your phone with this bleeding and then change your refresh rate to 60hz, you will no longer see the issue and again take the photo. Then send an email to Samsung CEO mailbox with the issue details. Wait for the reply and visit the service center and ask for free one time screen replacement. If they dont agree ask them create a job sheet and then email to Samsung CEO with the job sheet details and paralally raise a docket in consumer forum with all the details. Hope you will get the resolution soon
