Samsung had a good reputation regarding software updates. Even my earlier A50 used to get timely monthly security updates. Everything was happening right but then they messed up the One UI 7 strategy. They want to push the sales of S25 and newer midrangers like A36, A56 and even newer budget smartphones.
I don't mind delay in updates but at least they should share information with users and be accountable.
