Hi all,

My mobile model -Samsung S20Fe 5g purchased from croma chennai

Jio 5g welcome offer not came my mobile in my area

Same area jio 5g my friend using in Iphone 12s model

Any one know ,how to get ,pls suggest

Contact jio customer care, as this device is 5G ready & Samsung has already enabled 5G by software updates. Many users across india are already using 5G services on this device...

Jio 5G welcome offer is only dependent on Jio not on Samsung. If Jio gives you welcome offer then only you can experience 5G on your device.
