As of now going forward, I'd never advise a person to buy samsung..just get yourself a boring IPhone get locked in the wall garden....because when you live in South Africa you pretty much don't matter to samsung when it comes to software updates you always get it last..worse when you own an older model, when I say old I refer to a 1 year old device....and when you ask about it they give you a shity response cos they don't care...

Yes I agree samsung is a problem they care about high end devices why make medium range and low range devices in the first place stupid idiots

Looks at this, even worse, no contracts whatsoever on the s24 ultra. Just the old samsung phones. It's a mission to even get to this part of their website, iphone has an amazing website,very user friendly, and for this reason I predict in 10 years from now all s series samsung users will become iphone users, just because of the poor business model in south africa
