1- Please check whether you are facing this issue after installing any application if yes please uninstall and check.
2- Please Take a data backup and reset your device on factory mode.
3- Please use smart switch PC version to take data backup. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.

same problem with my s7 edge...already visited service center twice buy still facing same problem
