Good evening

Please, I really need help

My phone fell into water, and after drying it everything was going smooth, except the speaker was not playing any sound even when I tried to play music, it said error this codec is wrong

The mouthpiece is also not working. The record app is shutting down, and the mic under diagnostic is shutting down the samsung member app

If I connect to earpod it shows connected, but it doesn't play any sound, and the mic is not working

This phone is not showing under media output in quick panel

PLEASE HELP ME

I agree get it repaired since your speakers and mic are not dry enough for the phone to ignore the water damage

Isn't S20 series water resistant?

You can also download the speaker cleaning app. It makes specific sounds to remove remaining water molecules

Still go get your phone looked at.

How will the speaker cleaning app remove the remaining water if the speaker themselves are not making any sound?

I'm not too informed on it but what I know is that it works with the vibration system as well as output different sounds so I believe the phone vibrating at different frequencies will hopefully push out what's left and maybe bring the sound back to life as well
