Samsung removed transparent pop-up/ floating app window option

I'm so frustrated! Samsung keeps removing useful features instead of adding new ones! 😡 They just got rid of the transparent pop-up/floating app window – one of my favorites! 😭 Anyone know why or how to get them to bring it back?

This is in older versions but they removed it in one ui 7.0 😡

I tried but there is no option for that instead they provided only 2 options split screen and other one is hide dock option.
