Samsung neural keyboard

i am unable to find samsung neural keyboard after factory reset of my phone.

Galaxy store also not showing it and downloading apk from sites is not good.

please help.

I also faced same issue, after factory reset. I also found few custom settings are specific to Samsung image that they push. Its a very bad experience.

I tried searching for this app by setting default language as English - UK, India, US. None of them worked.

Even tried pushing the app from the link, also didn't worked - - https://galaxystore.samsung.com/prepost/000004170688?appId=com.sec.android.inputmethod.beta&session_...

Anyway Neural is a beta, and I found crashing couple of time. So we have to leave with the default keyboard.

I curse this Samsung company for their bad deeds (discoloration issue, missing customizations, bad customer service,...). Also filed petition http://chng.it/JBYfhLkXTZ
