Samsung is not replacing green line issue on S22 ultra

I went to the service center because I heard the news that Samsung has extended the deadline for screen replacememt for the devices with the green line issue. When I went to the service center, I was shocked to hear that Samsung is replacing green vertical lines only on the S21 series, not on the S22 series. They are only replacing horizontal lines on the S22 Ultra. This shows Samsung's true colors, as they know most people are facing vertical lines, not horizontal ones....so thats why and why should it matter whether the line is horizontal or verticall this is just as excuse ...
...SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG WORST BRAND EVER DON'T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EXPECIALLY THE MOBILE PHONE ....💩💩💩 ....... when i contacted to Samsung support they are saying that i can get a one time free replacement

But service center not accepting.
I have vivo v25 pro.
2 vertical green line in phone i go and ask to service center and service center check phone and after 3 to 4 hours change display. I proud to vivo it's good and fast service.

I do have the same issue . Visited Customer Care Center . They also mentioned the same and cost will be 24 K . Called up customer care , and they do have the same answer . Such a shameless and irresponsive response from Samsung to its premium mobile customers . The issue happened after the AI update and they do have an incompatible display hardware with the software.

I am writing to bring to your attention a display issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which developed a persistent green line on the screen following a software update on November 1, 2024.

As instructed, I visited the Samsung Customer Centre at Perumbavoor,Kerala where a job sheet was created after the device passed all physical and diagnostic tests. However, I have been informed by Samsung customer support team that the repair will be chargeable as the product is out of warranty.

Given that the issue occurred immediately after the software update, I believe it could be related to the update rather than a hardware fault caused by regular usage.

I have faced same issue after a security update, even after quoting the ndtv and TOI news, they said their policy is against free screen replacement. I never expected this **bleep** will happen in Samsung. Now I need to change from Samsung to iPhone or else xiomi is best 👌 no complaints.IMG-20241205-WA0008_410645_1733396840.jpg

Submit your phone to a service center for assessment, generate a job sheet detailing the issue, and subsequently file a formal complaint with Samsung head regarding the problem.
