Samsung always wants you to buy the latest version of their phones, and then they abandon you. They leave you behind in updates, while all other companies receive updates early.

Even S25 Ultra owners will be here, after two months, still waiting for Android 16 — which will already be available on all other brands except Samsung, the company that clearly does not respect its users.

What about after two, three, or four years? You will keep waiting for months, suffering just to get a basic software update.

Sadly, Samsung doesn’t realize that their flagship phones are not attracting new customers. It’s the loyal, long-time users who upgrade every two, three, or four years. But after this terrible experience, I don’t think Samsung will continue to earn their loyalty.

That's true—their software updates tend to arrive quite late, which gives the impression that they're encouraging users to upgrade to newer models. This is especially disappointing considering it's a flagship series, where timely updates are expected. Meanwhile, other brands are improving significantly in terms of software support, which makes a big difference in overall user experience.

Currently using s23 ultra & will switch to another brand if this continues.... 🤔
