After the latest update of security patch level on my samsung galaxy s10 lite on vertical white line on my display and went to service center is no helping for me. I purchased my mobile on Jan 15th 2021. No physical damage or no water issue. Many users facing this issue.
samsung company should address this issue...and don't say that it was an hardware issue...I definitely know it was a bug issue because of your update...pls resolve it or it was not resolvable kindly replace my screen with free of cost
Vertical green line suddenly on fold 2 front screen contacted the service centre they said the replacement is for 11300 rs I have not dropped the phone or had any incidents with it.
Waste and shame on samsung company. I really irritating about samsung company. Since 13 years onwards only buying samsung product multiple phones with models. This is not a human fault. 100% software bug. This type of issues samsung service resolvable with free of cost.
